The connection I bring
Anna brings experience in corporate projects, training and people development together with studies in mental health promotion and lived experience of chronic exhaustion.
Her strength is creating a structured, engaging space where people can reflect, contribute and turn a broad topic into a useful conversation about their own working day.
A shared responsibility · The IGLO lens
Personal tools matter. So do team norms, leadership decisions and the way work is organised. In team workshops, we use these four levels to identify where action belongs.
Notice personal patterns, use recovery tools and communicate needs and limits.
Agree how meetings, interruptions, communication and mutual support should work.
Clarify priorities, resolve competing demands and make space for the agreed changes.
Surface issues with resources, processes or policies for HR and organisational decision makers.
Anna facilitates the discussion and helps capture actions. Team members, managers and the sponsor agree who can act, which decisions need wider support and when to review progress.

The business case
WHO links healthy working environments with better staff retention, work performance and productivity. Improving working conditions matters for people and for the organisation.
Burnout prevention and fewer days lost to poor mental health are reasons to act on sustained pressure, workload and access to support.
Explore what helps people contribute, feel heard and support one another, and what is getting in the way.
Turn vague frustrations into clearer agreements about meetings, interruptions, communication and priorities.
A clearer picture of the issue, useful conversations and a few agreed actions. Changes in absence, burnout or productivity need sustained work and evaluation over time.

What organisations say
Anna introduced us to healthy productivity in a way I had never experienced before. Through breathing exercises, active breaks and using daylight and fresh air more consciously, she showed us how even small changes can create big shifts in energy. It was engaging, fun and eye-opening. I left with practical tools I still use in my daily life.
Former EmployeeSilent Events
Anna introduced our team to simple but effective practices, including daily power breaks with stretching and resistance bands, breathing exercises for meetings and walks. The effect has been very clear: less stress, fewer signs of burnout and noticeably more energy and focus across the team. It surprised us how quickly the walks became a shared activity that strengthened team spirit and cohesion, beyond the health benefits. Anna has a unique talent for showing why these practices matter. She is passionate, engaged and has opened our eyes to healthier and more productive ways of working.
